Marriott International plans to open a new Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Rochester, New York, US, on 19 February 2014.
Situated at 400 Paddy Creek Circle, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Rochester West/Greece will be owned and managed by DelMonte Hotel Group and will operate as a Marriott franchise.
The 78-room hotel is located seven miles from Greater Rochester International Airport and a convenient distance from downtown, while providing easy access to Lake Ontario, George Eastman House and the National Museum of Play.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Rochester West/Greece will feature an open and bright lobby with a vibrant color palette of greens, blues and oranges, while its rooms and suites will include plush mattresses, televisions, microwaves as well as mini-fridges.
Fairfield Inn & Suites vice president and global brand manager Shruti Buckley said the company is pleased with the continued growth of its hotels in the Rochester area.
"We look forward to welcoming guests and providing the friendly service that sets Fairfield Inn & Suites apart," Buckley added.
Other amenities at the new hotel include complimentary hot breakfast, an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, valet laundry service, complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as fax and copy services.
The hotel also has 440ft² of events space that can accommodate around 20 people for functions.
Currently, the Fairfield Inn & Suites brand has over 700 properties across the US, Canada, Mexico and India.
US-based hospitality group Marriott International operates over 3,800 properties in 72 countries and territories across the globe and reported revenues of around $12bn for fiscal year 2012.
