Radisson Hotels has completed a $10m renovation project at the Radisson Resort Orlando-Celebration resort, under which the group has upgraded the resort’s guestrooms, meeting and event spaces, restaurant, lobby as well as public spaces.
The new resort is located close to The Walt Disney Resort and offers all-day shuttle transportation to the Epcot Transportation Center.
All-new guestrooms at the property feature a modern design with new bedding, new furnishings with ample storage, new bathrooms, new carpet and window treatments, HDTV, and a dining table with chairs.
The resort also offers free high-speed Internet access, an in-room refrigerator, in-room safe and coffee maker.
Radisson Resort Orlando-Celebration also includes a lagoon-style pool that can be heated for the winter and has a 42ft waterslide winding around a rocky hill, cascading waterfalls, two whirlpools and a children’s wading pool.
Amenities at the property include two lighted tennis courts, a fitness centre and walking paths.
Additionally, the resort has 6,800ft² of flexible convention, meeting and event space that has been updated.
The property’s restaurant, lobby and public spaces have also been upgraded as part of the year-long improvement project.
In addition to its close proximty to the Walt Disney Resort at 2900 Parkway Boulevard, the Radisson Resort Orlando-Celebration is situated directly across the street from the community of Celebration.
The town, which was designed by The Walt Disney Company, features shops and restaurants on brick-paved, tree-lined streets.
