Hospitality and leisure company Red Lion Hotels has signed a franchise licence agreement for a hotel in Grants, New Mexico, US.

The 126-room Red Lion Hotel Grants, which is undergoing a conversion, was formerly operated as the Best Western Inn & Suites of Grants.

The property is owned by Positive Investments, which owns two Red Lion Hotels in Farmington and Gallup, New Mexico, as well as the Red Lion Hotel Oakland International Airport in Oakland, California.
