The Rezidor Hotel Group will unveil the Park Inn by Radisson Donetsk in Ukraine in 2012.

The 175-room hotel, a common project with Esta Holding, is under construction and is to open in the second quarter of 2012.

The Park Inn Donetsk will be the first internationally managed three-star hotel in Ukraine and will offer a restaurant, meeting rooms, a gym and outdoor parking.

Rezidor’s portfolio in Ukraine features the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kiev, the Radisson Hotel, Alushta on the Black Sea coast, and the Radisson Blu Resort, Bukovel, which is under development.
