Marriott International has launched a new SpringHill Suites by Marriott property, the SpringHill Suites San Diego Oceanside/Downtown in California, US.
Situated at North Myers Street, the new hotel is owned by GF Properties Group and managed by Sage Hospitality of Denver, Colorado.
The 149-suite property located in downtown Oceanside offers convenient access to Camp Pendleton, Oceanside Pier, Mission San Luis Rey and Legolandò California.
Many of the property’s suites offer ocean views, while the hotel has a roof-top pool and Hello Betty fish house concept by restaurateur Peter Karpinski.
SpringHill Suites vice president and global brand manager Callette Nielsen said the company is delighted that the SpringHill Suites San Diego Oceanside/Downtown is the latest addition to its growing number of properties across the US.
"The hotel’s design provides a seamless blend of style and function at an affordable price, and our all-suite offering allows guests enough room to relax and reenergize," Nielsen added.
SpringHill Suites San Diego Oceanside/Downtown offers suites that are larger than typical hotel rooms with separate living, working and sleeping spaces.
The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi as well as high-speed Internet access.
Amenities at the hotel include business services, same-day dry cleaning, guest laundry facilities, an outdoor swimming pool as well as a fitness centre.
Additionally, the property has 2,235ft² of meeting space with accommodating capacity of about 120 people for both meetings and functions.
The SpringHill Suites San Diego Oceanside/Downtown is the newest SpringHill Suites to join the portfolio of Marriott properties that are designed to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards.
