Wyndham Hotel Group, part of Wyndham Worldwide, has expanded its presence in Turkey with the opening of three new hotels – Wyndham Istanbul Old City, Ramada Usak and Ramada Resort Akbuk.
Located in the heart of Turkey’s capital city and housed in a historic building, Wyndham Istanbul Old City offers 265 guest rooms, three food and beverage outlets, an indoor swimming pool and spa complex.
The newly constructed Ramada Usak and Ramada Resort Akbuk are purpose-built properties. Ramada Usak offers 124 guestroom, while Ramada Resort Akbuk has 364 guestrooms and suites.
Ramada Resort Akbuk also houses a swimming pool complex with water slides, spa, fitness area and access to a private beach.
Wyndham Hotel Group Europe, Middle East, Africa and Indian Ocean senior vice president and managing director Rui Barros said the company is maintaining its rapid expansion in Turkey, which is a strategic growth market for the firm.
"We look forward to continuing meaningful relationships with both developers and consumers, who are more and more recognising the value of our powerful global brands," Barros added.
With the addition of the three new hotels, Wyndham Hotel Group currently operates 30 properties in the country, including four hotels under the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts brand, two hotels under TRYP by Wyndham and 24 hotels under the Ramada brand.
