Wyndham Hotel Group has signed an agreement to open the new Wyndham Petek Istanbul in Istanbul, Turkey, in the third quarter of 2012.

The new 306-room, 21-storey Wyndham Petek Istanbul will offer a spa and fitness centre, a 130m² indoor pool and 3,000m² of conference and events space containing 13 meeting rooms and one ballroom.

The hotel’s guestrooms include 24 suites and 40 extended-stay apartments.

Wyndham Petek Istanbul will be operated by Kilicbey Turizm and will feature 11,000m² of retail space and over 1,000 indoor parking spaces.
