US-based real estate investment and development company Key International and hospitality company Shaner Hotels have opened the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Jacksonville Beach Oceanfront in Florida, US.

Shaner Hotels operations regional vice-president Jeff Truhlar said: “The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Jacksonville Beach Oceanfront marks our fifth hotel in the Jacksonville area, immediately creating economies of scale and the ability to share best practices with our sister properties.
“This also marks our first project with Key International and we are thrilled to continue to grow our partnership with them in this burgeoning market.”
The hotel offers guests a free daily breakfast. Its Sandbar Jax Bch, a restaurant and bar, serves cocktails, as well as regionally and locally inspired flavours. The 24/7 lobby market also provides snacks, beverages and necessities.
Guests also have access to a fitness centre with oceanfront pool views.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Jacksonville Beach Oceanfront is located on the oceanfront at 465 North First Street. There are a number of tourist attractions near the newly opened hotel, such as Jacksonville Beach Pier, the PGA Tour at Sawgrass, Shipwreck Island Water Park and the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens.
