The property is set in the Thar Oasis campsite and offers a range of exciting activities such as desert safaris, camel rides, village walks and stargazing.

The Bridge, the on-site multi-cuisine restaurant, offers guests a range of dining experiences including breakfasts in the bush, lunches by the oasis and romantic dinners under the stars.

The property additionally offers a luxurious spa with expert masseurs to help guests relax and rejuvenate.

Clarks Hotels and Resorts is targeting an optimal occupancy level by the end of 2023 and is hoping to attract the upscale leisure market with its unique offering in the Thar Desert, the report said.

The Clarks Hotels and Resorts vice-president Rahul Deb Banerjee said: “As a part of corporate strategy, we are expanding both nationally and internationally. We are present in almost all the states of India and have recently opened this campsite in Dechu.
