Hospitality company Sonesta International Hotels has chosen cloud hotel property management systems (PMS) provider Stayntouch as its preferred PMS provider.

Stayntouch’s scalable platform was selected after a two-year assessment to support the long-term value for owners within Sonesta’s diverse portfolio.

Sonesta has a portfolio of over 1,100 properties and more than 100,000 rooms on three continents.

The partnership aims to leverage Stayntouch’s technology to support Sonesta’s accelerated franchise growth and improve operations. The collaboration also includes service-driven, responsive support to ensure streamlined operations and collaboration at scale.

This system is designed to replace outdated legacy systems with scalable technology to ensure continuous uptime.

According to Stayntouch, the PMS also offers rapid onboarding and intuitive training, cutting operational ramp-up time for new properties.
