Hospitality purchasing group Cadhi has chosen cloud-based hospitality solutions provider Mews to be its property management system (PMS) partner.

This collaboration will extend Mews’ ecosystem, including PMS, an integrated point-of-sale (POS) system, and other management tools, to Cadhi’s 3,600-member hotels across France and Italy.

Cadhi purchasing manager Marius Bessarion said: “Our mission at the purchasing group is to support CHR (cafés, hotels, restaurants) professionals in selecting suppliers and optimising their purchasing. Today, Cadhi covers 95% of the needs of hoteliers and restaurateurs through our listed partners.

“Mews has proven to be a technological partner capable of meeting our members’ needs – from operational efficiency to customer experience – with the agility and reliability needed to support their ambitions.”

Under the partnership, Mews will provide a suite of solutions designed to automate operations, improve the guest experience, and create more revenue throughout journey of the customer.

This includes Atomize, a revenue management solution under the Mews umbrella, and event management tools.

Cadhi’s members benefit from negotiated rates and favourable purchasing conditions tailored to the sector’s current obstacles.

A dedicated team of cafés, hotels, and restaurants (CHR) experts provides tailored support, ensuring that the requirements of the members are met.

Mews said that several Cadhi and Teritoria member properties, such as Les Lodges Sainte-Victoire Hôtel & Spa, have already implemented its technology.

Additionally, Mews POS provides a comprehensive solution for food and beverage operations, featuring inventory management, integrated payments, digital ordering, reporting, digital tipping, and bill-splitting, among others.
