The new hotel will be located in the Al Nasiriyah area, which will provide guests quick access to King Fahd Road and the central Olaya district, as well as Riyadh’s main business and commercial areas.
Existing Wyndham franchise partner Concept Tower Real Estate will operate the property, according to a release posted on Zawya.
Both companies have indicated that this partnership may lead to further branding initiatives and future conversions in the region.
The development is part of Wyndham’s wider strategy to expand its midscale presence throughout Saudi Arabia and aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
