US-based hospitality software platform Cloudbeds has launched a new programme to help hoteliers around the world access “best-in-class” technology solutions that support business growth.

Dubbed as the Preferred Partner Program, the initiative selects partners based on criteria such as adoption, reliability, and measurable business outcomes.

The scheme assesses potential partners using a performance-based framework that takes into account customer uptake, integration standards, and support quality.

The programme seeks to provide hoteliers with a curated group of technology providers whose products have undergone a vetting process.

Cloudbeds states that these selections will allow hotels to make more informed technology decisions and potentially accelerate their operational growth.

The company has named Amadeus, Lightspeed, FLEXIPASS, Operto, FLYR, IDeaS, Mirai, Revinate, SiteMinder, and Toast as the first group of Preferred Partners.

Cloudbeds partnerships VP Sebastien Leitner said: “Hospitality thrives on collaboration and innovation. With the Preferred Partner Program, we’re recognising the technology leaders who consistently deliver measurable impact for our customers.

“This programme strengthens our partner ecosystem and makes it easier for hoteliers to discover trusted solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.”

Established in 2012, Cloudbeds operates a platform that links various hotel operation functions such as revenue management, distribution, and guest experience. The system is available in more than 150 countries.

The platform also includes an AI component named Signals designed to help hotels anticipate demand and refine operations.

In September, Cloudbeds entered a strategic partnership with Revenue Analytics to improve hotel revenue management using AI-based pricing.
