The implementation covers 14 workstations and 17 tablets throughout seven outlets, with integration into the resorts’ property management, financial, and operational platforms.

The move aims to improve order and payment processing for both beachside and in-room services for both the properties.

Nomade People IT director Gonzalo Gomez Sotelo said that the team is satisfied with Infrasys POS’s reliability and the ongoing support received from Shiji.

Sotelo said: “We have always sought technology that matches our commitment to continuous improvement and personalised service. Infrasys POS has adapted perfectly to the level of service we provide, and we’re very pleased with the results it has delivered.”

The company noted that the installation process and system configuration were tailored to the resorts’ specific needs, contributing to effective integration with existing systems.

The introduction of Infrasys POS allows service staff at Nômade Temple Tulum and BE Destination Tulum to operate more efficiently, manage communication across venues, and update menus in real time.

Nomade People indicated that these changes align with their wider operational strategy aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing guest services throughout their property portfolio.

Shiji Americas senior vice-president Ryan King said: “We’re proud to partner with Nomade People as they continue to redefine luxury hospitality in the Riviera Maya.

“Infrasys POS was designed to empower visionary brands like Nomade People to deliver exceptional guest experiences through seamless, connected technology. It’s inspiring to see how their team is using our solutions to enhance both operational efficiency and personalised service.”

Following the success of this implementation, Nomade People is considering expanding its partnership with Shiji to include upcoming projects in Europe as part of its overall technology strategy.

Recently, Austrian hotel Stanglwirt selected Shiji’s Daylight PMS platform to enhance its operations and support guest services.
