Hyatt Hotels has announced the global launch of its Unscripted by Hyatt brand through an agreement with Indochina Kajima, with six Wink properties joining the brand.
Indochina Kajima is a joint venture between Indochina Capital and Kajima Corporation.

As part of this development, six Wink hotels in Vietnam joined the Unscripted by Hyatt collection. This move increases Hyatt’s presence in Vietnam from four to ten hotels.
In addition, a new property, Wink Hanoi Westlake, is scheduled to open in late 2026.
The seven properties together will offer more than 2,000 rooms across several Vietnamese cities, including both major urban centres and emerging destinations such as Can Tho, Tuy Hoa and Hai Phong.
By joining the Unscripted by Hyatt brand, the Wink hotels will maintain their operational independence while gaining access to Hyatt’s World of Hyatt loyalty programme.

With this partnership, Hyatt expands its Essentials portfolio in Vietnam and strengthens its reach into new markets within the country.
The Wink brand was launched in 2021 with its first property, Wink Saigon Centre.

In December 2025, Hyatt Hotels launched the Hyatt Regency Nha Trang, marking its first property on Vietnam’s south-central coastline.
