Palladium Hotel Group has implemented BookinGuru’s booking platform across its Ibiza hotels, enabling guests to directly reserve local experiences and car or ride services online.

Initiated in May 2925, the pilot programme allows visitors to access curated activities and rentals selected by each hotel, with bookings managed in real time through a single digital channel.

This system gives guests greater autonomy over their stay while allowing hotel staff to dedicate more time to other guests’ needs.

Since the launch, the hotels have reported increased operational efficiency and higher commission-based revenue from additional services.

Data shows that 32% of all bookings are now completed by guests independently, without front desk involvement.

At TRS Ibiza Hotel, revenue from service-related sales within the property has tripled during the first year of this initiative.

The integrated BookinGuru platform centralises provider management for immediate availability and streamlines ancillary service operations.

It offers hoteliers a dashboard featuring analytics on reservations, performance metrics, reviews and customer behaviours.

For consumers, the tool presents a range of local experiences and services with real-time booking options and feedback from previous guests.

Following the initial results in Ibiza, both organisations observed high demand for a consolidated platform covering transfers, car rentals, tickets, boat hire, tours, cruises and ferries.

BookinGuru co-founder and CEO Ben Schleifer said: “Working with Palladium Hotel Group has been both exciting and significant for the platform’s growth. Aiming for a more streamlined operation, the hotel company decided to implement BookinGuru’s solution to centralise service providers, simplify workflows, and enhance the guest experience.

“Each hotel was integrated within two to three weeks, quickly connecting with key local providers. The result is a single platform that brings together over 90% of the local offerings, with most services available for immediate booking by both front-line staff and guests, making each hotel a trusted local partner for exploring the destination.”

Looking to 2026, BookinGuru plans to introduce Co-Pilot Concierge, an AI-powered travel planner to further personalise guest stays by offering tailored recommendations for experiences at each destination.
