The Danville Hotel Collection develops and manages boutique hotels in Southern Virginia, focusing on transforming historic sites into modern destinations.
Additional properties within the collection include extended stay accommodations and a flagship opening planned for this year.
The collaboration aims to strengthen guest engagement and help the collection scale its operations.
In response to Danville’s expanding tourism sector and ongoing developments within its hospitality portfolio, the collection sought a property management system (PMS) that would automate manual work for small teams, facilitate direct bookings, integrate with food and beverage and event systems, and centralise reporting for asset management and growth.

Danville Hotel Collection asset manager Bob McDonald said: “Mews is a perfect fit for our reimagined, one-of-a-kind properties. Our previous platform limited how far we could go. With Mews, we’re elevating marketing, guest engagement and operational flexibility.
“It removes many day-to-day headaches – from check-ins and payments to managing guest profiles – and the seamless communication across teams plus integrations will save us valuable time and help us deliver an even stronger guest experience.
“Most importantly, our on-the-ground leadership team, led by Madison Eades, had the final say in the decision, ensuring the platform truly supports daily operations.”
Mews president Michael Coscetta said: “The Danville Hotel Collection shows how technology and heritage can work hand in hand. With Mews, their properties can automate manual processes, scale efficiently, and build deeper guest connections, and we’re excited to be part of their next chapter.”
In December 2025, German property Schloss & Gut Liebenberg selected Mews to digitalise its operational processes.
