Lopesan Hotel Group is expanding its presence in the Dominican Republic through the addition of three new resorts in Bávaro, Punta Cana.

The expansion includes Lopesan Splash Cove, Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort, Spa & Casino, and Lopesan Serenity Bay.

These properties are scheduled to open in early 2026 and are now open for booking.

Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort, Spa & Casino will feature Vela Beach Club Pool, Wave Pool, Aquatica Waterpark, private beach access, a 16,000ft² spa with 31 treatment rooms, and various wellness amenities. The resort also offers event facilities suitable for meetings and social gatherings, and the Lopesan Convention Center.

Central to the property is The Boulevard, an open-air promenade that connects the properties within the area. It provides bars, various dining venues, and entertainment options for all guests staying at the interconnected resorts.

Lopesan Serenity Bay caters exclusively to adults with 239 suites in a single modern building. Guests have access to several dining options and shared entertainment, including an 820-seat theatre, nightclub and casino.
