Powered by Groups360’s GroupSync Housing platform, the new platform brings real-time visibility, customised booking options, and centralised management for planners and hoteliers.
The update addresses persistent challenges in group travel, particularly the manual administrative work after bookings.
Through the integration of booking, tracking and guest management into a single digital process, Wyndham seeks to reduce complexity for planners and provide hotels with improved conversion rates and visibility.
The enhancements are designed to make it easier for various groups, including weddings, reunions, sports teams and corporate travellers, to organise stays.

By GlobalDataWyndham sales senior vice-president Angie Gadwood said: “Group travel should be simple. By extending our digital capabilities beyond the initial transaction, Wyndham is creating a more connected, end-to-end experience for planners—helping drive conversion, improve visibility and ease the operational burden on hotel teams.
“Whether it’s a wedding, a family reunion, a youth sport event, a team off-site or even project-based infrastructure work, we’re making it easier than ever to do group business with Wyndham and our franchisees.”
The upgraded platform offers planners a real-time booking dashboard for instant updates and progress tracking.
Customisable booking pages allow guests to book through a single link without logins or promotional codes. Instant group rates and rewards points are visible at booking.
Direct system integration keeps reservations accurate and reduces manual coordination. Flexible arrival and departure options enable extended stays around main events.
Wyndham has also expanded its reach through partnerships with third-party group travel platforms, including EventConnect, Staybook and EventPipe. These integrations connect franchisees to high-volume group demand by providing visibility within platforms commonly used by event organisers and team coordinators.
During this month, Wyndham reported a net loss of $60m in Q4 2025, against a net income of $85m in Q4 2024.
