The development consists of an 11-storey building with 125 accommodations, situated on West Bay Street, approximately three miles from the airport and five miles from shopping, dining and local attractions.

Paradise Breeze Nassau will include hotel rooms and residential units.

Facilities planned for the site include nearly 15,000ft² dedicated to spa and fitness amenities, padel and squash courts, and an infinity pool measuring approximately 5,000ft² with views of the sea.

The property will also offer more than 4,000ft² of event space and various dining options. Plans also include an artisanal bakery, a curated market and a coffee bar.

B.P.G. founder and CEO Daniel Mosca said: “We envisioned Paradise Breeze as more than a destination, as a way of experiencing Nassau that feels both elevated and deeply connected to its surroundings.

“Partnering with Hilton allows us to bring this vision to life through a hospitality experience that is thoughtful, design-driven, and rooted in a genuine sense of place.”

Paradise Breeze Nassau will join Hilton Honors, the group’s guest loyalty programme.

Hilton currently operates more than 300 hotels across the Caribbean and Latin America and has a regional development pipeline of over 150 properties.

“The project exemplifies how we are thoughtfully expanding our presence by partnering with strong owners to deliver distinctive hotels in high-demand destinations that matter to today’s travellers.”
