Out of the travel & tourism industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 19.65% share in July 2021, recording an increase of 0.3% over the last three-month average share.

1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 55.22% in July 2021, a 23.33% growth over the previous month.

2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 26.87% share, flat growth over the previous month.

3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 8.96%, registering a 40% decline from June 2021.

4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 4.48%, up 200% over the previous month.

Top five travel & tourism companies in Poland IT recruitment activity in July 2021

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 3.33% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland travel & tourism industry during July 2021 over June 2021.

DSV Panalpina posted 31 IT jobs in July 2021 and registered a drop of 3.13% over the previous month, followed by Deutsche Lufthansa with 14 jobs and a 16.67% growth. International Game Technology with 11 IT jobs and Deutsche Bahn with 3 jobs, recorded a 22.22% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Ryanair recorded a 57.14% decline with 3 job postings during July 2021.

Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 46.27%, down by 18.42% from June 2021. Entry Level positions with a 31.34% share, a decline of 8.7% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 22.39% share, up 200% over June 2021.
