Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global travel & tourism IT hiring activity in May 2022 with a 40.65% share, which marked a 2.04% rise over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 39.02%, registering a 33.33% month-on-month growth. North America was the third leading region with a 16.26% share and an 81.82% rise over April 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 2.44% and a month-on-month flat growth. Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 1.63%, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s travel & tourism industry IT hiring activity with a 34.15% share in May 2022, an 82.61% growth over April 2022. The UK featured next with a 17.89% share, up 175% over the previous month. Denmark recorded a 17.07% share, an increase of 23.53% compared with April 2022.

Junior Level jobs held a share of 68.29%, up by 13.51% from April 2022. Mid Level positions with a 26.83% share, a growth of 50% compared with the previous month.
