The 127-room property is operated by Summit Hotel TRS 047 under a franchise licence agreement with a Hilton Worldwide subsidiary, and is managed by Interstate Hotels & Resorts.

The hotel provides meeting space capable of accommodating up to 100 guests, a business centre, a fitness facility and an indoor swimming pool.
