The 280m-tall, 382-room hotel has 199 serviced residences and 12 restaurants, as well as bars, lounges and a spa.

Jumeirah at Etihad Towers will also feature a conference centre, which can accommodate up to 1,400 guests in a conference setting or 1,000 guests for a seated banquet dinner, a ballroom and 13 meeting rooms.
