Wyndham Hotel Group has signed franchise agreements in China for five new construction hotels under the company’s Ramada brand.
The 227-room Ramada Taizhou East, which is owned by Jiangsu Huangting Real Estate Company, is due to open in October 2012 and will feature a spa, a fitness centre, a games room and a restaurant.

The 212-room Ramada Plaza Rizhao, which is owned by Rizhao Wingfat Real Estate Development Company, will feature an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a spa, a fitness centre and a ballroom, and will open in December 2012.
The 201-room Ramada Yangzhou Baoying, due to open in March 2013, is owned by Yangzhou Saierda Real Estate Development Company and will offer an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a ballroom.
Owned by Wuxi Hengwei House Development Company, the 220-room Ramada Wuxi City Center will open in October 2013 and will feature six meeting rooms, a fitness centre and a spa.
Wyndham has also signed an agreement for the 300-room Ramada Plaza Dongxing City Center, which is owned by Dongxing Huida Real Estate Company and will open in November 2015.
