Thailand-based Absolute Hotel Services has announced its decision to open a U Hotels & Resorts brand property in Phitsanulok, Thailand. 

Absolute Hotel Services Group CEO Jonathan Wigley signed a hotel management agreement with Siricharoen Sappraiwan Company deputy managing director Siraarpa Siriviriyakul in this regard.

An addition to the r U Hotels & Resorts brand in Thailand, U Phitsanulok is spread across 900 rai (15,500,031ftw) along River Khek in central Thailand.

An existing resort will be renovated and re-branded for the purpose. The new resort is scheduled to be ready in late 2023.

With 139 guestrooms and chalet houses, U Phitsanulok will also feature other facilities including a saltwater swimming pool, fitness centre, and food and beverage outlets.

Meeting rooms of various sizes with space for over 300 people will be available to host various events.  In addition, activity fields and nature zones offer guests an option for outdoor activities.

The resort is well connected to white water rafting zones in the country. It is also situated close to the Sappraiwan elephant sanctuary where rescued Asian elephants are rehabilitated, providing guests with multiple outing options.
