Accor has strengthened its hotel portfolio in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, by adding ‘Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill’.
The hotel previously operated independently under the name Pacific Hotel Brisbane.

Accor is now operating it as part of a management agreement with the Singh family, the owners of the hotel.
Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill marks Accor’s 19th hotel in Brisbane and the third Mercure property in the city.
Following this agreement, the hotel is set to undergo renovation to align with Mercure’s global brand standards.
The facelift will see guestrooms incorporating new furnishings and local design elements. At the same time, the lobby, meeting and conference rooms, and pool area will receive modern enhancements, featuring new sun and umbrella lounges.

The 179-room hotel features various guestroom options, ideal for both leisure and corporate travellers, including suites with one- and two-bedroom configurations, along with multiple balconies.
Facilities offered at the hotel include a restaurant, a swimming pool, a bar, and meeting spaces.
Besides, the hotel is close to Suncorp Stadium, making it a prime spot for sports and event enthusiasts, with significant events such as NRL finals and The Lions Rugby Series to start next year.
Accor Pacific PM&E chief operating officer Adrian Williams highlighted that the latest agreement will enhance Accor’s Brisbane portfolio, specifically when the city is said to witness record interstate migration and heightened interest ahead of the Olympic Games 2032.
Williams added: “Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is in an excellent position overlooking the CBD and the accommodation make-up of traditional rooms as well as one and two-bedroom suites suits families, groups, and the corporate market well.”
Singh’s Enterprises (QLD) co-owner Sammy Singh added: “We are proud to be partnering with Accor on our first hotel project under the Mercure banner and excited to be upgrading the property.”
