BinDawood Investment subsidiary Al Qimmah Hospitality and Marriott International have agreed to develop five new hotels in Saudi Arabia.
The projects will add more than 2,700 rooms across Makkah, Madinah, and Jeddah under the JW Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton, Element Hotels, and Four Points Flex by Sheraton brands.

Marriott recently reached a milestone with 100 open and planned hotels in Saudi Arabia. The company has operated in Saudi Arabia for over 40 years and currently manages 44 properties with more than 11,000 rooms under 13 brands.
The agreement includes JW Marriott Jeddah, The Apartments, which will be located on Jeddah Corniche Road. The property is expected to offer 356 studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with separate living areas and kitchens.
Facilities will include an executive boardroom, dining venues, a children’s club, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre. It will sit adjacent to the previously announced JW Marriott Hotel Jeddah.
Four Points by Sheraton Shesha, Makkah will provide 1,030 rooms near Masjid Al Haram. Four Points by Sheraton Madinah King Fahd Road will offer 800 rooms close to Masjid Al Nabawi.

Element Madinah Sultana Road is designed for both short and long-term stays with 136 studios and apartments, featuring kitchens and spa-inspired bathrooms.
Four Points Flex by Sheraton Madinah Hijrah Road will introduce Marriott’s midscale segment in Saudi Arabia with 450 rooms in Al Amariyah district of Madinah near the Prophet’s Mosque.
