ALMAL Real Estate Development has appointed Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to manage The One by ALMAL Bali Nusa Dua, a Registry Collection Hotel, marking the launch of a new luxury hotel project.

The One by ALMAL will serve as an architectural landmark and become part of Registry Collection Hotels, a portfolio within Wyndham Hotels & Resorts that includes upscale and luxury hotels in various international locations.

Independent hotels under this brand have access to Wyndham’s marketing platforms, reservation systems, and the Wyndham Rewards loyalty programme.

Earlier this month, Wyndham opened Wyndham Garden Udaipur Bhuwana, a 70-room property in the Aravalli Range near Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

The hotel is situated approximately 30 minutes from Maharana Pratap Airport and offers direct access to the city’s heritage sites, including royal palaces, temples and lakeside ghats.

As described by Wyndham, it is the company’s fifth property in Udaipur, reflecting continued investment in the region.
