Luxury hospitality brand Auberge Collection has announced plans to open The Stockman, Auberge Collection, a hotel and residential development at the base of Steamboat Resort in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, US, in 2030.
Developers plan to begin construction this year on the nine-storey building, which will offer 59 guest rooms and suites, as well as 95 private residences.

The location offers direct ski-in, ski-out access to the mountain and proximity to Mount Werner.
Stockman Development, led by Marquee Development, is behind the project at 1965 Ski Time Square Drive.
OZ Architecture and Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects have been appointed for the building’s design and interiors.
The residences will include a range of one- to five-bedroom homes. Additionally, 13 rooftop “Barn” units will feature double-height ceilings and broad views, with sizes ranging from two to five bedrooms.
Guests and residents will have access to three on-site dining venues. Outdoor patios and al fresco seating are included in the plans.
Additional facilities announced include a full-service spa and pool under the Wellbeing by Auberge concept.
Planned services encompass winter activities such as ski-butler service and après events, as well as summer outdoor programming.

Residential sales are slated to commence in early 2026.
