The hotel is designed to accommodate group travel and extended stays, providing amenities such as on-site garage parking, a staffed lobby, contactless check-in and check-out options, and concierge services including fridge stocking and IV therapy.

AvantStay chose the hotel’s neighbourhood for its latest property, citing the area’s growth and proximity to cultural sites as key factors.

AvantStay CEO and founder Sean Breuner said: “Sense28 reflects AvantStay’s ongoing growth and our ability to expand into high-demand urban markets where design-forward hospitality meets strong business fundamentals.

“As we continue to scale, our focus remains on creating differentiated stays that deliver long-term value – for our guests, our partners, and the communities we operate in.”
