Third-party hotel management company Avion Hospitality has secured the management of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas – Campbell Centre in Texas, US.
With 300 rooms and more than 11,600ft² meeting and event space, the new addition bolsters Avion’s growing portfolio in the southwestern region of the US and marks its 11th hotel in Texas.

The hotel is seven miles from Downtown Dallas and Dallas Love Field Airport. It is also near Southern Methodist University and NorthPark Center.
Guests have access to a range of amenities, including an on-site restaurant, Topgolf Swing Suites, and a fitness centre equipped with a Peloton Bike.
In collaboration with the hotel’s owners, Avion is set to embark on a multi-million-dollar renovation programme.
The comprehensive refurbishment will enhance guest rooms, public spaces, and event facilities, thereby repositioning the DoubleTree by Hilton as a space for both business and leisure travellers in Dallas.

Earlier this year, Avion Hospitality expanded its management portfolio with the addition of the Hotel Savoy Kansas City, which is part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, in Missouri, US.
Last November, the company was appointed for the management of two Hyatt hotels in Charleston, South Carolina.
