“The acquisition of Stonewater Cove demonstrates the vision of our JV with Bass Pro Shops. We have seen a persistent and strong demand for leisure travel and our strategy is to meet this demand by enhancing our vacation ownership offerings. Stonewater Cove Resort aligns with this vision, providing a unique and luxurious escape for our owners.”

This acquisition comes after Bluegreen Vacations announced the purchase of two properties in the Printers Alley district in Tennessee, US, earlier this year.

Additionally, the company, through its JV with Bass Pro Shops, acquired the Branson Cedars Resort in Missouri in April 2023.

Currently, Bluegreen/Big Cedar Vacation also operates The Cliffs at Long Creek and Wilderness Club at Big Cedars resorts in Ridgedale, as well as Paradise Point in Hollister, Missouri.
