Choice Hotels International is expanding its upscale brand, Cambria Hotels, in the US by adding four new properties.
These properties are in Templeton, California; Tampa, Florida; Plymouth, Massachusetts; and Portland, Oregon.

Choice Hotels International’s senior vice-president Indy Adenaw stated: “We’re proud that Cambria Hotels continues to grow in both high-demand and emerging markets.
“Each new property presents the brand’s signature contemporary design, thoughtful amenities and localised touches that appeal to a variety of guest preferences.”
The new additions continue Cambria’s expansion in key markets across the US.
Roughly 60 new hotels of the brand are currently under development, with upcoming openings in New York’s Times Square and Fort Worth in Texas.

Choice Hotels International senior vice-president of development for upscale brands Mark Shalala said: “Whether developing hotels ourselves or investing directly alongside franchisees, we are focused on building a diverse, high-performing portfolio in key markets designed for long-term growth and profitability.”
Choice properties are also part of its Choice Privileges travel rewards programme.
