The partnership supports real-time synchronisation of rates, availability, and inventory between both platforms.

This feature reduces the likelihood of overbookings and discrepancies in rates while decreasing manual administrative tasks for hotel staff.

Cloudbeds’s partnerships vice-president Sebastian Leitner said: “Distribution complexity remains one of the biggest operational challenges for hoteliers.

“By partnering with Jumbonline, we’re giving hotels access to a powerful global wholesale network while keeping operations streamlined within a single platform.”

The joint solution aims to meet industry demand for more diversified and automated distribution strategies with up-to-date data.

Jumbonline’s commercial director José García Pérez said: “Cloudbeds is a natural partner for us because of its strong global footprint and commitment to simplifying hotel operations.

“Together, we’re making it easier for hotels to access high-performing wholesale demand while ensuring fast connectivity, accurate data exchange, and reliable support around the clock.”

Jumbonline operates as a global wholesale distributor in the tourism sector and was formerly part of Jumbo Tours.

In December 2025, Cloudbeds formed a partnership with Traversing.ai to offer AI-powered communication and review management tools to hotels using its platform.
