US-based privately held hospitality company CN Hotels has chosen Cloudbeds as its new property management system, as part of efforts to boost performance across its portfolio.
The company will implement Cloudbeds’ unified platform across its hotel portfolio in the southeastern US to replace previously fragmented systems.

The transition aims to centralise management processes and provide greater visibility into operations throughout the group.
The initial phase of the Cloudbeds integration will launch at Hotel Alice. Subsequent properties set for the transition include Hawthorne Inn & Conference Center and Hotel Denim.
CN Hotels oversees more than 30 hotels with over 3,600 rooms in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Florida.
It operates a variety of properties and works in partnership with global hospitality brands. The company manages all aspects of hotel ownership and daily oversight.

CN Hotels was established in 1994 as a privately held company involved in hotel ownership, management and development.
The company manages a portfolio that includes both independent hotels and those operating under brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Best Western.
Cloudbeds began operations in 2012 and provides its platform to hoteliers worldwide across over 150 countries.

Last month, Cloudbeds entered a reseller agreement with HIT Cloud, which operates as part of the HIT Group of Companies.
