Curator Hotel & Resort Collection has entered a strategic partnership with Siv, a sales engagement and lead conversion platform designed for the hospitality sector.
The agreement provides Curator’s independent hotel members with technology that enables them to respond to group and event inquiries more quickly, aiming to help compete with larger branded hotel portfolios by reducing response times and streamlining sales processes.

Combine business intelligence and editorial excellence to reach engaged professionals across 36 leading media platforms.
Hotel operators participating in the initiative have been using Siv’s platform since November 2025.
According to Curator, these early adopters have experienced a significant reduction in average inquiry response times, from the industry standard of 37 hours down to approximately several minutes per request.
The technology integrates with existing sales systems and channels, automatically directing each inquiry to the relevant staff member who can then deliver a timely, individualised reply.
This approach applies both during and outside of standard business hours, addressing industry challenges related to after-hours lead management.

By GlobalDataCurator reports that 34% of inbound group requests arrive outside normal operating times.
Data from participating hotels indicates an 81% engagement rate for inbound leads processed through Siv’s platform.
Further statistics show email engagement at 66% and text message engagement at 45%, which Curator notes is often the quickest method for initiating direct conversations.
Up to half of all planners contacting member hotels have gone on to schedule confirmed sales appointments instantly when engaged via the new system.
Curator Hotel & Resort Collection’s programme development vice president Brent Hayhurst said: “The partnership with Siv reflects our ongoing efforts in delivering meaningful, revenue-driven solutions for our members.
“Using the Siv technology, our members are able to engage more efficiently with sales leads and strengthen their overall sales performance.”
In one reported case, Viceroy Santa Monica, one of Curator’s member properties, generated more than $180,000 in booked business attributed to Siv-processed leads within six months of adopting the platform.
Siv co-founder Mike Medsker said: “This partnership with Curator helps member hotels ensure every lead is acknowledged quickly so they can focus on building relationships and converting business.”
Curator frames this collaboration as part of its ongoing efforts to provide members with resources aimed at supporting sustained growth in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
