DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Jumeirah Beach has appointed Neelam Bhika as the new general manager after her tenure in multiple senior leadership positions in the hospitality industry, Zawya reported.
Bhika most recently served as operations director at Hilton Doha and held the role of cluster commercial director at Aleph Doha Residences, Curio Collection by Hilton.

She brings experience from both Dubai and Doha, having managed a variety of resort and city hotel operations and contributed to the delivery of major projects and events, including work linked to the FIFA World Cup 2022.
In her new capacity at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Jumeirah Beach, Bhika is set to manage hotel operations with an emphasis on guest services, commercial outcomes, and team performance.
Her background includes initiatives aimed at revenue generation and supporting significant capital investments, along with participation in flagship hotel launches.
