Dream Hotels & Resorts has implemented Stayntouch’s cloud-based property management system (PMS) across its South African portfolio, which includes 25 properties and more than 850 rooms.

The hospitality group selected the Stayntouch multi-property platform to manage operations at all locations and support both leisure and business travellers.

The adoption of the cloud PMS is aimed at standardising service delivery and enhancing operational efficiency throughout Dream Hotels & Resorts’ network.

The group sought a solution that would accommodate staff regardless of their technical experience and allow for integration with its existing technology partners.

Stayntouch’s platform provides centralised management of multiple properties, automation for daily tasks, and compatibility with third-party systems.

The PMS also includes onboarding programmes designed for rapid staff training, with a focus on ease of use for employees at different technical levels.

Dream Hotels & Resorts chief development officer Chris Snyman said: “This partnership marks an important step in our ongoing digital transformation.

“Stayntouch’s intuitive platform enables our teams to get up to speed quickly, reduce manual processes, and operate more efficiently, while delivering on the evolving expectations of today’s traveller.”

The agreement between Dream Hotels & Resorts and Stayntouch reflects ongoing efforts within the hospitality sector to leverage technology solutions that streamline operations and support organisational growth.

Both companies confirmed that the implementation is now live across the full portfolio.

Stayntouch EMEA sales head Jeff Down said: “Our cloud PMS makes it easy for their team to work efficiently, deliver consistent guest experiences, and scale operations smoothly. We’re excited to support them as they continue to grow across South Africa.”

In February, Regency Hotel Management announced plans to deploy Stayntouch’s cloud-based PMS throughout its portfolio of independent hotels in the US.
