Business and group travel platform Engine has announced an integration with travel, expense, and invoice management solutions provider SAP Concur to expand user access to its network.
Engine’s network of more than 900,000 hotel properties can now be accessed by Concur Travel users through the Hotel Connector. Engine customers who also utilise Concur Expense benefit from automatic e-receipt transfers, streamlining the booking and expense process for business travellers.

The direct integration allows users of the new Concur Travel solution to select Engine as their hotel provider. Bookings and payments will be processed within Engine while supporting existing SAP Concur workflows.
Travellers can access Engine’s hotel inventory and rates with centralised payment abilities, all within the Concur Travel environment.
Many Engine customers are already utilising Concur Expense, making this update relevant for those seeking enhanced expense management.
The integration automatically moves receipts from Engine’s booking platform to SAP Concur, removing the need for manual uploads or reconciliation.
This supports customers in maintaining their current expense procedures while improving reporting efficiency and organisational spend visibility.
Engine’s supply and strategy executive vice-president Florent Silve said: “At Engine, we’re on a mission to power connection through simplified travel. We’re proud to integrate with Concur to give more businesses access to Engine’s hotel inventory and make it easier for our customers to manage expense reports within a familiar ecosystem.
“Engine is more than a travel platform; we are also a trusted technology partner with the capability to integrate into complex ecosystems at scale.”
Both the Hotel Connector and Concur Expense integrations are now available to eligible SAP Concur users and Engine members.
