Choice Hotels International’s midscale extended stay brand Everhome Suites is set to reach its target to open nearly 25 hotels by the end of 2025.

The brand has been expanding its presence with its multi-market growth strategy, launching seven new properties in key US markets from May to August.

These openings, which add a total of 796 rooms to the brand’s portfolio, are located in Bozeman, Montana; Ontario and San Bernardino, California; Yuma, Arizona; Newington, New Hampshire; Rochester, New York; and Somerset, New Jersey.

The expansion highlights significant developments for the brand, such as penetrating the competitive Southern California market and inaugurating its 20th hotel with the Yuma property.

Currently, Choice Hotels has opened 17 Everhome Suites, with another 16 under construction and 45 planned.

According to Choice, Paladin Equity Capital played a role as a developer for multiple new Everhome Suites properties.

Everhome Suites offers amenities designed for extended stays, featuring fully equipped kitchens, complimentary Wi-Fi, pet-friendly accommodations, multi-purpose lobby and outdoor spaces, a 24/7 fitness centre and more.

Choice Hotels supports its extended stay segment by providing tools and resources. This includes the AI-powered Choice Maps platform, which assists developers in pinpointing markets with high demand.
