Canadian hotel and resort company Four Seasons is set to conclude its management of The Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, upon the expiration of its current management agreement in December 2025.

Since 1928, the hotel has been a destination for international visitors and has hosted numerous events and Hollywood landmarks.

The property’s location at Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive intersection affords guests immediate access to high-end shopping, dining, and views.

The Beverly Wilshire offers a variety of accommodations, including the 725ft² One-Bedroom Beverly Suite with Balcony and View, the 950ft² One-Bedroom Corner Beverly Suite, the 400ft² Signature Balcony Room, and the 1,125ft² Two-Bedroom Beverly Suite.

Upon transitioning from Four Seasons’ management, The Beverly Wilshire will maintain its name.

Earlier this month, Four Seasons also expanded its portfolio by taking over operations at The Park Gstaad Hotel in Switzerland.

The property is set to reopen as The Park Gstaad, a Four Seasons Hotel, in time for the 2026-2027 winter season.

The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation overseen by Squircle Capital and French interior designer Joseph Dirand.

In another strategic move, Four Seasons announced the brand’s expansion into the Caribbean last month, in partnership with investment company Paulson Puerto Rico.

This includes the management of a forthcoming luxury resort and residences in Bahia Beach, Rio Grande, which will undergo renovations to preserve the local surroundings.
