Global hospitality group Hilton has announced the opening of three hotels at Barr Al Jissah on Oman’s coastline.
The new properties are Al Husn Hotel Muscat, Hilton Muscat Al Bandar, and DoubleTree by Hilton Muscat Al Waha.

These hotels are owned by The Zubair Corporation and are situated approximately 40 minutes from Muscat International Airport.
The three sites offer guests access to shared recreational facilities across the Barr Al Jissah complex, including multiple swimming pools, a lazy river, tennis courts, and more than 500m of private beachfront.
Al Husn Hotel Muscat features 180 rooms and suites. Plans are in place to rebrand this property as Waldorf Astoria after renovations scheduled for 2027.
Hilton Muscat Al Bandar offers 198 guest rooms. Its facilities include a ballroom that accommodates up to 850 attendees, outdoor event spaces, and an amphitheatre. It also provides a poolside bar, La Jolla, and lounge venues.

By GlobalDataDoubleTree by Hilton Muscat Al Waha features 302 rooms and suites and has several pools and a waterslide.

The opening of these three hotels marks an expansion of hospitality options along Oman’s coastline under the Hilton brand.
In December 2025, Hilton opened the 173-room Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles in the US.
