Hotel and resorts company Hilton has signed a franchise agreement with Intersped doo Sarajevo to open two new hotels in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hilton’s first properties in the country.
The first property, Hotel Neretva Mostar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, will be located in the Mostar’s Lacina 1 area.

It will feature 80 guestrooms, three individual meeting rooms, a speciality restaurant, a terrace, a lobby bar and lounge and an indoor pool along with various fitness facilities.
Whereas the second hotel, Hampton by Hilton Sarajevo City Centre, will be situated on Maršala Tita Street in Sarajevo. This property is expected to have close to 100 rooms, a rooftop outdoor terrace, meeting room pods, fitness amenities and other brand’s signature facilities.
Both hotels are expected to open by 2026.

In a separate development, Hilton has opened its first property, Hilton Skanes Monastir Beach Resort, in Monastir, Tunisia.
The new hotel is situated roughly six miles away from downtown Monastir and eight miles from Sousse, Skanes. It also provides easy access to the Monastir-Habib Bourguiba International Airport as well as other major attractions of the region.
The new property includes a total of 346 rooms and suites along with balconies featuring sea/pool views. Guests can choose from seven different culinary venues in the hotel, including The Kitchen, Mulberry Tavern, Drift, SeaShore, Dive In, The Vibe and La Luce.
Other major features of this hotel include an indoor heated pool, outdoor swimming pools with sun loungers and parasols, Natura Thalasso and Spa Cinq Monde, Jacuzzis and water toboggans, dedicated meeting space and a Kids and Teens Club.
