Hotel101 Global Holdings has signed definitive binding agreements to develop a 766-room property in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

It will be developed in Melbourne’s Central Business District (CBD) at 540 Flinders Lane.

The expansion is part of the company’s global growth strategy to introduce its standardised “condotel” business model to the city.

The hotel is planned for a location near key attractions, including the Yarra River and Federation Square. This site is expected to serve both leisure and business travellers and is intended to enhance the range of hotel options available in the CBD.

Key location advantages include proximity to major transportation hubs such as Flinders Street and Southern Cross Train Stations, as well as easy access to the Southbank Entertainment Precinct.

Hotel101-Melbourne will be located near events, including the Australian Open, Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix, and Melbourne Cup Carnival.
