Hotel101 Global Holdings has reached a key construction milestone in the development of its hotel in Hirafu, Japan, with the structural topping off.
The company said that the 482-room property remains on schedule for an expected opening in December 2026, aligning with the start of the 2026–2027 winter season.

The topping-off ceremony marks the completion of major structural works at Hotel101-Niseko.
Developers will now begin interior finishing to meet the planned operational timeline.
Upon completion, the property is projected to become one of the largest hotels by room count in Hirafu.

The hotel will operate under Hotel101 Global’s standardised “condotel” model, which combines aspects of condominium and hotel services.
Each of its rooms will share identical layouts designed to accommodate a range of guest profiles including families, couples, and groups visiting for Niseko’s ski season.
Planned amenities include an all-day dining restaurant, meeting facilities, a business centre, an indoor swimming pool, hot mineral onsen baths, sauna and wellness services, and a 24-hour front desk with concierge support.
Additional features will comprise ski lockers with ski-in/ski-out access, an on-site convenience store, and complimentary shuttle service to nearby ski lifts.
