Hospitality business Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has launched the 160-key Gateway Goa, Palolem, located between the Arabian Sea and the Western Ghats.
The development marks the company’s 250th operational hotel, extending its presence in the region.

Gateway Goa, Palolem offers guests the opportunity to explore South Goa and provides panoramic views of the Rajbagh, Patnem, and Colomb beaches.
Dining experiences at the hotel include Trophé, which serves zesty cocktails, and 74 NE, Canacona’s only rooftop bistro with herb-infused grills and global flavours.
The property also offers a spa with wellness therapies, a fully equipped gym, a swimming pool, and versatile venues for events.

IHCL claims its brands, including the iconic Taj, Claridges Collection, SeleQtions, Tree of Life, Vivanta, Gateway, and Ginger, are known for their fusion of warm Indian hospitality and world-class service.
Founded by Jamsetji Tata, IHCL has more than 550 hotels worldwide, with 215 under development.
Listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange, IHCL is claimed to be the largest hospitality company in India by market capitalisation.
The addition of Gateway Goa, Palolem increases IHCL’s portfolio in Goa to 19 hotels, including five under development.
Last month, IHCL signed a new Gateway hotel in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The 180-key property will be a greenfield project within a mixed-use development in Bibvewadi, an area known for its infrastructure and commercial development.
