Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has introduced a new property under its SeleQtions boutique hotel brand in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
Located on the banks of River Ganga, the property represents the second SeleQtions hotel in Haridwar after the Pilibhit House hotel.

IHCL has converted the former Haveli Hari Ganga, an ancestral residence established in 1913, into its newest offering.
The 15-room heritage property, which has been restored, marks the sixth hotel developed in partnership with the Prasad Group.
IHCL managing director and CEO Puneet Chhatwal said: “Hari Ganga Niwas strengthens IHCL’s footprint in Uttarakhand and reflects our commitment to preserving heritage while creating authentic travel experiences.
“This restored 15-key heritage retreat is our sixth hotel in collaboration with the Prasad Group and extends IHCL’s offering in the spiritual circuit of India.”

By GlobalDataThe Hari Ganga Niwas hotel includes indoor and outdoor rooftop dining, along with a vegetarian restaurant named Ghar Se, which prepares meals from locally sourced ingredients.
The new addition expands IHCL’s presence in the region. The company now has 34 hotels in Uttarakhand, of which 21 are under development.
Prasad Heritage Group promoter Vibhas Prasad said: “Building on the success of Pilibhit House, we are delighted to extend our partnership with IHCL to present Hari Ganga Niwas — a retreat that reflects Haridwar’s timeless spirit and our family’s enduring legacy.”
The Prasad Heritage Group manages properties in both Rishikesh and Haridwar.
Earlier this month, IHCL launched the Taj Ganga Kutir resort in Raichak, West Bengal, in collaboration with the Ambuja Neotia Group.
