The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), in partnership with Ambuja Neotia Group, has opened its Taj Ganga Kutir resort in Raichak, West Bengal.
Located on a 100-acre estate along the Ganges River, the Taj Ganga Kutir Resort & Spa includes 155 rooms and suites to serve both leisure and corporate guests.

Recreational amenities comprise an outdoor pool, an infinity pool, a fitness centre and facilities for indoor and outdoor games.
The resort also includes a spa under Taj’s J Wellness Circle brand.
IHCL managing director and chief executive officer Puneet Chhatwal said: “Raichak, near the confluence of the majestic Ganga River and the Bay of Bengal, offers a unique setting reflecting the rich essence of Bengal.
“With the launch of Taj Ganga Kutir Resort & Spa, IHCL reinforces its commitment to expanding into distinctive destinations that our country offers.”

Ambuja Neotia Group chairman Harshavardhan Neotia said that the resort will be the fifth addition to the Kutir collection.
Neotia said: “The development is not only an extension of our shared commitment to hospitality excellence but also a step towards unlocking the region’s tourism potential and fostering local livelihoods.”
