IHG Hotels & Resorts has entered a franchise agreement for Garner Bhiwadi, marking the brand’s introduction into India’s National Capital Region.
The 45-room hotel is expected to open in 2027. Modest Structures is developing the property while United Hospitality Management will manage it.

This agreement represents the fourth Garner signing in India shortly after the brand’s regional launch, highlighting IHG’s aim to meet the rising demand for dependable hospitality in rapidly expanding commercial areas.
IHG Hotels & Resorts South West Asia managing director Sudeep Jain said: “The momentum behind Garner in India reflects a strong strategic fit between the brand and the needs of both developers and travellers.

Garner’s expansion within India underscores IHG’s focus on capitalising on growth opportunities in the country’s emerging tier-two and industrial cities.
Earlier this month, IHG entered a management agreement with Rajdeep Infra & Sales to establish a new hotel in Lucknow, India, under the voco brand.
